MEDNARODNO SODELOVANJE NIZOZEMSKIH IN SLOVENSKIH UČITELJEV NA PODROČJU UPORABE IKT

Povzetek
Projekt sodelovanja med nizozemskimi in slovenskimi učitelji na področju uvajanja informacijsko-komunikacijske tehnologije (v nadaljevanju IKT) v šole se je začel oktobra 2010 s študijskim obiskom predstavnikov nizozemskega šolskega sistema, učiteljev in študentov v Sloveniji in se nadaljeval s študijskim obiskom slovenske skupine na Nizozemskem. Cilji sodelovanja so bili izmenjava in refleksija učnih praks ter iskanje primerov dobre učne prakse na področju učenja in poučevanja z uporabo IKT.
V okviru nizozemske skupine je bilo vključenih 20 učiteljev naravoslovja in predavateljev na oddelku za izobraževanje učiteljev na Univerzi Windesheim. V Sloveniji je sodelovalo 8 učiteljic iz osnovnih in srednjih šol, ravnatelj in svetovalki Zavoda RS za šolstvo in projekta e-šolstvo.
Izmenjava mnenj, primerjava učne prakse in različni pristopi pri uporabi IKT so med drugim vključevali tudi uporabo virtualnega učnega okolja v sistemu Moodle, ki ga uporabljajo tako na nizozemskih kot tudi na slovenskih šolah. Skupaj smo iskali možnosti za bolj poglobljeno in smiselno uporabo tega učnega okolja in drugih programov pri pouku.
Na drugem študijskem obisku smo učitelji posameznih predmetnih področij začeli skupaj načrtovati sklop učnega procesa z uporabo IKT, ki smo ga v nadaljevanju izpeljali doma in z izmenjavo, vsak v svoji učni skupini. Najprej smo se na ta način soočali z izzivi sodelovanja na daljavo učitelji, in nato še učenci in dijaki. Projekt nas je zbližal in nam pokazal, da je najpomembnejši element pri uporabi IKT človek.

Abstract
Cooperative project between the Dutchand Slovenian teachers in the use of ICT in education began in October 2010 with a study visit of representatives of the Dutch school system, teachers and students in Slovenia and continued with a study visit of the Slovenian group in the Netherlands. The aim was to learn from each other, reflect on different teaching practices, and finding out good examples of the use of ICT for teaching and learning.
In the Dutch group were 20 science teachers and lecturers of the Department of Teacher Education at the University Windesheim. In Slovenian group were eight teachers from primary and secondary schools, headmaster and consultants of the National Education Institute and the project e-šolstvo.
Exchange of educational views, practices and comparison of different approaches in ICT have included among others the use of virtual learning environment Moodle, used by the Dutch and Slovenian schools. Together we were trying to find opportunities for more intense and meaningful use of the learning environment in classroom.
In the second study visit in the Netherlands the teachers of different subjects began to design together a part of learning process using ICT, which was then carried out by every teacher at home in his learning group. At first, we were confronted with the challenge of working together at a distance, and then transferring that to our pupils. The project did bring us together and showed us as well known, that the most important element in the use of ICT is human.
