S tem, ko smo dijake privabili k predavanju v času izven pouka, in to v takšnem številu, vemo, da smo naredili korak v pravo smer.

Abstract
Teachers often face the problem of devoting a lot of their time to weaker students in order to help them achieve the minimal standards. Consequently there is not enough time for better students, who are eager to gain new, more profound knowledge…We have found a solution to this problem. The following article will show how better students were activated and given more attention. We introduced lectures with ICT topic the lecturers being the students, who share their experiences and knowledge with their peers.
The lectures are planned in a way that enables the students to transmit their knowledge to other peers. This establishes healthy competition among student-lecturers because they want their peers and teachers to see their ideas, discoveries, attractions... We paid special attention to better students and these lectures have already brought about new acquaintances and friendships on a professional level.
After the first few meetings the students as well as the teachers expressed their enthusiasm for this kind of presentations. They particularly liked the information being presented concisely, without any unnecessary words.
Getting so many students to lecture when they have no lessons shows that we have made a step in the right direction.
This is something that other teachers could use to motivate better students, offering something new and interesting to them, something that has no place in the curriculum...
