Povzetek
Hiter razvoj in številne spremembe v današnji družbi zahtevajo od posameznika nenehno učenje. Sodobnega in učinkovitega pouka si danes ni več mogoče zamisliti brez uporabe IKT. Klasične oblike poučevanja in vodenja šole se prepletajo s sodobnimi. Uporaba IKT pri poučevanju in vodenju šole postavlja pred nove izzive vse udeležence izobraževanja. V prispevku bomo prikazali, kako sodobno informacijsko komunikacijsko tehnologijo uporabljamo pri vodenju šole in izpolnjevanju dokumentacije, kako jo zaposleni priznavajo, sprejemajo in uporabljajo pri svojem delu.

Abstract
Numerous developments and changes in the modern world require from each individual continuous learning and improvement. Efficient teaching in class cannot take place without the application of information & communication technology. Traditional methods in teaching and school management are intertwining with the contemporary ones. Using information & communication technology in teaching and school management represents a new challenge for all those involved in the educational process. The paper will demonstrate how useful this can be in managing school especially in filing its documentation. It will also show how teachers adopt it in their work.
