Povzetek
Sodobni čas je čas hitrih sprememb, ki ga narekujejo eksponentni razvoj digitalne tehnologije, vse večja konkurenčnost, potreba po novih znanjih in spretnostih. Vseživljenjsko učenje ni več izbira posameznika, ampak postaja nuja za sledenje gospodarskim in družbenim spremembam. Vse pomembnejša je vloga učiteljev in vzgojiteljev, ki morajo slediti sodobnim načinom poučevanja in v katerih je ključna smiselna uporaba IKT.
Temu cilju sledimo v projektu E-šolstvo, v katerem postavljamo pot do e-kompetentnosti učitelja, ravnatelja in računalnikarja. Usposabljanje je usmerjeno na doseganje 6 temeljnjih kompetenc, ki smo jih v projektu postavili kot okvir digitalne pismenosti. Vsi seminarji temeljijo na e-kompetencah, pripravljeni pa so za 20 različnih predmetov oz. področij. S tem je vsakemu zaposlenemu v VIZ omogočeno kar najbolj avtentično usvajanje e-kompetenc, saj so vsebine izbrane glede na predmet oz področje poučevanja in dela na šoli in so kot take neposredno prenosljive v prakso. Poleg seminarjev se v okviru projekta izvajajo tudi različna svetovanja, namenjena vodstvu šol, učiteljem in tehnični podpori.
Projekt je na drugi polovici svoje poti. Za spremljanje doseganja poti do e-kompetentnosti učiteljev, ravnateljev in računalnikarjev načrtujemo izgradnjo e-izkaznico posameznika, kjer bodo prikazani podatki o opravljenih seminarjih po posameznih kompetencah oz. preverjanju zmožnosti, aktivni sodelavci projekta pa bodo imeli zbrane še podatke o njihovi vlogi v projektu E-šolstvo.
Abstract
The modern time brings quick changes that are dictated by the exponent development of digital technology, constant growth of competition, the need for new knowledge and abilities. Life-long learning is not a choice of each individual, but it has become compulsory if one wants to keep pace with economical and social changes. The role of teachers and pre-school teachers is gaining in its importance, as they have to acquire new ways of teaching, at which the use of ICT is essential.
The project E-education is aiming at paving the way to e-competency of a teacher, a headmaster and an IT expert. The training is trying to teach 6 basic competencies which present the core of digital literacy. All the seminars are based on e-competencies; there are seminars for 20 different subjects or areas. In this way each VIZ (educational institution) employee has access to most authentic acqisition of e-competencies, as the seminars' contents have been chosen according to a specific subject or area and as such they can be directly transferred into practice. As a part of project activities, apart from the seminars various advisory activities for school management, teachers, technical support staff are offered.
The project has already covered a half of its way. In order to trace the degree of achieving the e-competency of teachers, headmasters and IT experts we are planning to introduce an e-card for each participant. The e-card will store data about accomplished seminars on individual competencies, or results of testing their skills. The e-card of the active project's participants will store also the data on the role they have had in the project E-education.
