Povzetek
Živimo v času, ko smo vsak dan obkroženi z multimediji. Pretok in količina informacij sta vse hitrejša in vse manj cenzurirana. V skladu s spremenjenim svetom doživljanja se pred novimi izzivi srečuje tudi šolski sistem. Pojavlja se vprašanje, kako učiti in poučevati. V prispevku opredelimo vlogo in pomen Zavoda Republike Slovenije za šolstvo z vidika uvajanja IKT v šolski sistem. V nadaljevanju prikažemo strategijo uvajanja IKT v dijaške domove in interpretiramo rezultate raziskave, ki smo jo izvedli med udeleženci e-seminarja »Sodelovalno delo v spletnem učnem okolju Moodle«. Namen raziskave je bil ugotoviti razloge udeležencev za izobraževanje, preveriti njihovo mnenje o zahtevnosti izobraževanja in jasnosti navodil, ugotoviti čas za izdelavo nalog, pridobiti mnenja o tem, kaj jim novo znanje pomeni in izvedeti njihove namene o uporabi znanja v praksi. Iz rezultatov raziskave izhaja, da anketiranci avtorjem in izvajalcem seminarja sporočajo, da je seminar dobro časovno dobro zastavljen, da so navodila dobra in da so vsebine seminarja uporabne v praksi.

Abstract
We live in a time when we are every day surrounded with multimedia. Flow and quantity of information are becoming faster and less censored. In accordance with the changed world experience the new challenges facing to the school system. The question arises of how to learn and teach. In this paper we define the role and importance of the Institute of Education of the Republic of Slovenia in terms of introduction ICT in the school system. The following show the strategy of introducing ICT in boarding schools and interpret the survey results, which was conducted among participants in the e-seminar “Collaborative work in the online learning environment Moodle”. The purpose of the study was to determine the reasons for the education of participants, to determine their views on the complexity of education and clarity of instructions for making the time to identify the tasks to elicit views on what new knowledge they learn their meanings and purposes of applying knowledge in practice. From the survey results show that respondents authors and seminar providers reported that the seminar is a good time tenaciously that the instructions are good and that the content of the seminar useful in practice.
