| Collaboration and the 21st Century ClassroomJohn CollickPromethean PovzetekHitre spremembe v svetovni ekonomiji v zadnjih tridesetih letih so privedle do povečanega povpraševanja po delavcih, ki obvladajo sodelovalno delo. Podobno se tudi zaradi revolucijskih napetosti v družbah na nacionalni in svetovni ravni kaže vedno večja potreba po ljudeh, ki so družbeno povezovalni ter znajo aktivno bogatiti svoje družbeno okolje. Večina izobraževanja je še vedno oblikovana po prejšnjih družbenih standardih, torej s poudarkom na prenašanju znanja in veščin z učitelja na učenca. Vendar tak pristop že dolgo ni več primeren glede na zahteve naše prihodnosti. V šole se morajo nujno vpeljevati različne metode poučevanja in razredne dinamike.Pričujoča predstavitev se osredotoča na sodelovalne pristope k učenju in podaja različne pristope, ki so bili preskušeni tako v razredu kot izven njega. Prav tako se sooča z izzivi sodelovalnega učenja v izobraževalnih sistemih, ki še vedno zahtevajo konformizem in standardizirano ocenjevanje. AbstractRapid changes in the global economy over the past thirty years has led to an increased demand for workers with the ability to work collaboratively. Similarly shifting tensions in international and national society points to the need for citizens who embrace social cohesion and who can contribute pro-actively to the community around them. Much of education is still designed for earlier societal standards, with the emphasis being on the transmission of knowledge and skills from a teacher to a student. However, this approach is no longer adequate for the needs of the future. Different methods of teaching and class dynamics need to be introduced into schools.This presentation will focus on collaborative approaches to learning, and will look at different approaches that have been tried both inside and outside the classroom. It will also look at the challenges faced by collaborative learning in education systems that still demand conformity and standardised assessment. |
