Povzetek
Prispevek predstavlja primer izdelave e-učbenika s programom iBooks Author, uporabo interaktivnega učbenika s pomočjo programa iBooks in primer dobre rabe tabličnega računalnika iPad pri pouku geografije. Učenci so z uporabo tabličnega računalnika predelali snov, jo s pomočjo interaktivnih kvizov, zemljevidov ter nalog utrdili in v zvezek zapisali povzetek snovi. Pri preverjanju in ocenjevanju znanja smo ugotovili, da so učenci snov razumeli, si jo zapomnili in jo v nadaljnjih urah brez težav nadgrajevali. Ob tem so usvajali osnove digitalne pismenosti, nadgrajevali bralno pismenost, urili samoiniciativnost, se učili učiti, povzemati in izdelovati zapiske. Učiteljeva vloga se je tako spremenila iz podajalca nove snovi v usmerjevalca, motivatorja in spodbujevalca.

Abstract
The paper focuses on creation of an interactive textbook with the help of iBooks Author computer software. Moreover, the use of interactive textbook with the iBooks program is discussed and an example of geography lesson where students use tablet computers (iPads) is presented. By using a tablet computer, the pupils have acquired new knowledge, revised it by solving interactive quizzes and assignments. They also made a few notes in their notebooks. The assessment has shown that the pupils have understood the lesson, remembered it and taken it to a higher level in the following lessons with no problems whatsoever. Besides, the pupils have also acquired the basics of digital literacy, upgraded their literacy, developed self-initiative and learned a new form of metalearning, abstracting, making notes etc. The role of the teacher has also changed. The idea that students are empty containters which the teacher fills with knowledge, and that all students have to do is listen and write remains no more. Instead, the teacher tries to motivate their pupils towards creative thinking.
