Povzetek
Kartiranje kot metodo shranjevanja in prikaza podatkov osnovnošolci po prenovljenem učnem načrtu za družbo (učni načrt, 2011) spoznajo v 4. razredu. Uporaba IKT je za učitelje pri uvajanju in razlagi nove snovi na tem področju že skoraj nuja, predvsem zaradi hitrih sprememb, ki se dogajajo v domačem okolju. Z učenci smo izdelali razredni zemljevid domače pokrajine, pri katerem smo uporabili neplačljivo spletno aplikacijo Naredi si zemljevid. Učenci so zemljevid soustvarjali preko raznolikih dejavnosti (fotografiranje, vnašanje, označevanje, skiciranje, merjenje…), pri katerih so bili prav vsi zelo aktivni. Prednost Naredi si zemljevid je v kvalitetnejših ortofoto posnetkih, pogled v obliki zemljevida našega kraja pa je pomanjkljiv, kar sem izkoristila za nadgradnjo – dorisovanje poti s pomočjo interaktivne table. Ugotovila sem, da so učenci novo snov lažje, hitreje in učinkovitejše osvojili.

Abstract
Children learn mapping as a method of data storage and display in the fourth class of primary school according to the renovated syllabus for company (curriculum, 2011). The use of ICT for teachers at the introduction and interpretation of new subject is almost a necessity in this area, mainly due to the rapid changes taking place in the home environment. In the class we have also created a map of the province, by the use of free Web-application »Make the map«. Pupils created a map through a variety of activities (taking photos, inserting, labelling, sketching, measuring. . . ), which made them all very active. The advantage of the Web-application "Make the map« is in quality satellite images. The view in the form of a map of our location, however, is flawed. That deficient I used for the upgrade – making a new way by the use of interactive blackboard. I found that the students learned a new subject faster and more efficient.
