Povzetek
Pri poučevanju mora učitelj težiti k znanju učencev, ki bo celostno, trajno, aktivno, kritično, uporabno, sistematično. Učence moramo navajati na interdisciplinarni pristop, ki jih uvaja v vseživljenjsko učenje. V prispevku je opisana učna ura, v kateri so učenci devetega razreda spoznali zanimivo spletno stran Statističnega urada Slovenije, s pomočjo katere so povezali znanje geografije in matematike in se naučili statistične obdelave podatkov s programom Excel. Uporaba IKT se je v tem primeru izkazala uspešna pri večji motivaciji, individualizaciji in diferenciaciji.

Abstract
During educational process every teacher's main objective must be oriented towards building up pupils' all-encompassing, long-lasting knowledge, enabling individuals to actively and independently tackle problems in a critical, systematic manner. Gradually, yet systematically, pupils are to become accustomed to modern teaching techniques and methods, popularly referred to as the interdisciplinary approach, which has already been proven to effciently set the foundations for lifelong learning.
In the following article we are presenting a uniquely designed lesson plan, according to which 9th grade pupils familiarize themselves with the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia official website and through its contents intertwine geographical with mathematical knowledge. Furthermore, pupils learn about statistical data analysis using the Microsoft Office Excel Software. In our case, use of ICT in a School has excelled as a successful tool for motivation, individualization and diferentiation of the pupils.
