A TIMELINE OF THE E-EDUCATION PROJECT

Povzetek
Vseživljenjsko učenje danes ni več izbira, ampak nuja posameznika, ki mora slediti razvoju tehnologije in stroke in želi uspešno opravljati svoj poklic.
Poznavanje sodobnih trendov e-poučevanja je še posebej pomembno pri učiteljih in vzgojiteljih, saj so tisti, ki pripravljajo mlade za pot v prihodnost, za poklice 21. stoletja. Temu cilju sledimo v razvojnem projektu E-šolstvo, v okviru katerega smo pripravili številne seminarje in svetovanja, ki vključujejo različne e-kompetence. Metodologijo priprave in izvedbe seminarjev ter svetovanj smo v času projekta razvijali, dopolnjevali in izboljševali skladno s trendi sodobnega e-poučevanja in izsledki raziskav na tem področju. Razvili smo predlog modela doseganja poti do e-kompetentnosti učitelja, ravnatelja in računalnikarja. V zadnjem obdobju smo med storitve dodali še samostojno preverjanje zmožnosti, kjer udeleženci brez pomoči mentorja opravljajo naloge na daljavo in preverijo svoja znanja. V okviru projekta se redno izvajajo svetovanja vodstvu šol, predvsem pri pripravi načrtov informatizacije VIZ, tehnična podpora šolam in didaktična svetovanja.
Projekt E-šolstvo se v letu 2013 zaključuje. Vsi postavljeni kazalniki so preseženi, kar dokazuje tudi rezultat, da se je v projekt vključilo več kot 90% vseh vzgojno izobraževalnih zavodov. Seminarjev se je udeležilo več kot 22.500 različnih strokovnih delavcev VIZ, skupno beležimo več kot 33.000 udeležb. Na pot do e-kompetentnosti ravnatelja je pristopilo več kot 70% vseh ravnateljev. Rezultati evalvacije projekta so pozitivni in vzpodbudni. Kažejo, da se učitelji zavedajo, da bodo le z novimi znanji lahko sledili spremembam, ki jih pogojuje današnji čas.
Abstract
Lifelong learning is no longer an option but rather a necessity; everyone must follow the development of technology in order to successfully pursue his or her profession.
Knowledge of the latest trends in e-learning is particularly important for teachers and educators, as they are the ones that prepare young people for 21st century skills. The goal is persued in the E-Education development project, in which we have prepared a series of seminars and counseling services, which include a variety of e-competencies.
Methodology for the preparation and implementation of seminars and consultancy was developed during the project, supplemented and improved in line with the trends of modern e-learning and research findings in this area. We have developed a model to achieve the pathway to e-competencies for teachers, principals, and IT experts.
Recently, we have included the option of e-competencies self-assessment i. e. accomplishing tasks without attending the seminar and any guidance or support. All other services are still offered to schools, i.e. leadership consultancy, technical support and workshops for teachers.
The E-Education project will conclude in 2013. All set indicators were exceeded, as is evident by the results that more than 90% of all educational institutions were involved in the project. More than 22,500 professionals attended seminars from various educational institutions, with more than 33,000 attendees in total. On the way to the principle e-competencies more than 70% of all principals are being trained. The evaluation of project has been positive and encouraging, indicating that teachers are aware that new knowledge will help them stay up to date with ever changing world.
