Povzetek
V prispevku predstavljam primer iz prakse, obravnavo knjige za domače branje s pomočjo IKT. Z učenci 9. razreda smo se letos obravnave prve knjige domačega branja lotili malce drugače. Povezali smo pouk slovenščine z izbirnim predmetom šolsko novinarstvo in posneli televizijsko oddajo o Shakespearu. Učenci so doma prebrali izbor zgodb iz knjige Charlesa in Mary Lamb – Pripovedke iz Shakespeara. O posameznih zgodbah smo se nato pri pouku slovenščine pogovorili in se nato pripravili na medijsko predelavo. Najprej smo ponovili značilnosti besedilnih vrst, ki smo jih obravnavali pri pouku slovenščine v preteklih letih, npr. intervju (8. razred), poročilo, vest, ocena ali kritika, anketa (6. razred) … in razmišljali, katere novinarske besedilne vrste bi za predelavo Shakespearovih zgodb še lahko uporabili. Projekt je bil uspešen, zastavljene cilje smo dosegli, hkrati pa je bil učencem všeč, vsi so se zelo potrudili in oddali kvalitetne prispevke, le nekateri so potrebovali nekaj več pomoči.

Abstract
The article presents an example from practice – working on a home reading book by means of ICT. With the 9th grade pupils, we have taken a slightly different approach to dealing with our first home reading book. We brought together Slovene classes with the elective subject of school journalism, and recorded a TV programme about Shakespeare. At home, the pupils read a selection of Charles and Mary Lamb's Tales from Shakespeare. Individual tales were then discussed at Slovene classes, followed by preparing media adaptation. First, we revised the features of text types, dealt with at Slovene classes in previous years, such as the interview (8th grade), report, news, assessment or review, survey (6th grade)..., and considered other journalistic text types that could be used for adapting Shakespeare's tales. The project was successful, the objectives were achieved, also the pupils liked it, they all worked hard and emit high-quality contributions, but few of them needed some more help.
