Povzetek
Sodobne tehnološke naprave nam omogočajo lagodno življenje. Pretirana lagodnost pa je lahko vzrok za razvoj zasvojenosti. V današnjem času se poleg zasvojenosti s psihotropnimi snovmi, vse pogosteje omenja tudi računalniško zasvojenost, ki tako kot vsaka druga vpliva na zdravje odvisnika. Le ti zaradi pretirane uporabe ponavadi zanemarijo gibanje, kar posledi_no vodi do prekomerne telesne teže. Ljudi je potrebno o omenjeni zasvojenosti nenehno opozarjati, še posebej so za to primerne metode, ki jih miselno in čustveno aktivirajo. V prispevku je poleg teoretičnih izhodišč o zasvojenosti in njenih posledicah prikazan tudi primer ozaveščanja dijakov na primeru računalniškega programiranja. Anketa je pokazala, da dijaki v povprečju za računalnikom preživijo 3,5 ure na dan, od česar se jim skoraj polovica tega časa zdi nepotrebna, za rekreacijo pa le 0,8 ure. Večina se jih strinja, da bi bilo količino časa za računalnikom smiselno nadomestiti z rekreacijo, s čimer bi se zagotovo znižala tudi stopnja možnosti za računalniško zasvojenost.

Abstract
Contemporary gadgets provide us with an easy life. Excessive ease, however, can lead to an addiction. Nowadays, in addition to the psychotropic substances addiction, computer addiction is increasingly mentioned. The latter can - like any other addiction - have an impact on the addict's health. Due to an excess use of the computer, the addicts neglect physical activity, which consequently leads to overweight. People need to be continuously educated on computer addiction, especially by methods which activate them mentally and emotionally. In the article, in addition to the theoretical background of addiction and its consequences, an example of making students aware of addiction through computer programming is demonstrated. The survey shows that on the average, students spend 3,5 hours a day behind the computer, of which they believe half is a time wasted, whilst they spend only 0,8 hours on physical activity. The majority agrees that the time spent behind the computer would be worth to spend on physical activity, which would certainly reduce the possibility for computer addiction.
