Povzetek
Namen projekta je izobraževati, obveščati in ozaveščati dijake o pomenu zdravega prehranjevanja, ki je del zdravega načina življenja, ter v povezavi s tem razvijati sporazumevalne zmožnosti v maternem in tujih jezikih ter digitalno in medkulturno kompetenco. Človek je, kar jé je projekt, ki temelji na medpredmetnem povezovanju ter uporabi IKT. Delo je vključevalo spoznavanje kemijske strukture hranil, sestave živil, predavanja prehranskih strokovnjakov, stik s tujimi kuhinjami s pomočjo ljudi iz drugih kultur in reflektirano dojemanje lastnega doživljanja okusov. Pri izvedbi smo uporabili videokonferenco, spletno učilnico, forum, spletno klepetalnico, predavanja strokovnjakov, srečanja in intervjuje s tujci, snemanje intervjujev, uživanje hrane iz različnih kultur, pisanje komentarjev v tujem jeziku, izdelavo slovensko-angleško-rusko-nemškega slovarčka s prehranskimi pojmi in refleksijo lastnega doživljanja hrane oz. njenih okusov.

Abstract
You are what you eat was an interdisciplinary project based on ICT, the goal of which was to spread awareness about healthy nutrition and lifestyle among the high school students. While doing this, we also wanted to help develop their digital and intercultural competences, and above all communication skills in both their mother tongue and foreign languages.
The students learned about the chemical structure of nutrients, food ingredients and reflected on their own eating experiences. The activities were carried out by setting up video conferences, an e-classroom, forum, a chat room, listening to experts’ lectures, interviewing our guests, tasting various types of food, writing documents in mother tongue and foreign languages, and putting together an online dictionary.
