SODELOVALNO KONSTRUKTIVISTIČNA METODA UČENJA PRI POUKU RAČUNALNIŠTVA IN INFORMATIKE V SREDNJIH STROKOVNIH ŠOLAH

Povzetek
Namen prispevka je prikazati učinkovitost sodelovalno-konstruktivistične metode poučevanja strokovnih predmetov računalništva v programih srednjega strokovnega izobraževanja. Ta način poučevanja smo poskusno uvedli pri predmetu Upravljanje informacijsko komunikacijskih sistemov, v programu tehnik računalništva. Izbrali smo temo brezžična omrežja. V prispevku smo opisali potek pouka za izbrano temo pri dveh skupinah dijakov. Pri eni smo izvedli pouk na klasičen način, pri drugi na sodelovalno-konstruktivističen. Na koncu smo zbrali odzive dijakov na nov način poučevanja.
Ugotovili smo, da je sodelovalno-konstruktivističen načina poučevanja učinkovit za dosego trajnejšega znanja dijakov in jih na daljši rok bolj pripravi na situacije, ki jih čakajo na delovnem mestu. Prav tako je pomemben sodelovalni del tega načina poučevanja, saj pri dijakih razvija socialne spretnosti, ki jih pri delu na projektih uporablja vsak tehnik računalništva. Odzivi dijakov so bili mešani. To je predvsem posledica tega, da niso bili navajeni tega načina dela. Boljšim dijakom je ta način dela bolj ustrezal, veseli so bili tudi izrečenih pohval. Tisti malo slabši bi še vedno raje videli, da jim učitelj poda rešitev. Menimo, da bi pri daljšem obdobju uporabe tega načina poučevanja dosegli še boljše odzive dijakov, ki pa so bili tudi zdaj zadovoljivi.

Abstract
Abstract The purpose of the contribution is to demonstrate efficiency of collaborative and constructivistic approach to teaching computer science on the high school level of education. This approach is introduced in field of computer networking, regarding topic of wireless networks. In the contribution we describe how lessons regarding the chosen topic were held for two different groups of students. In one group, we carried out lessons in the traditional way, with another we used the collaborative-constructivist approach. In the end we collected the responses of students to the new way of teaching.
We found that the collaborative-constructivist teaching approach is an effective way of achieving longer lasting knowledge of students and better preparing them for situations that await them in the workplace. The collaborative part of teaching is also important as it helps students develop social skills which a computer technician needs when working on projects. The responses of students were mixed. This is mainly due to the fact that they were not used to this way of learning. This method is more suitable for better students, they were also pleased by the teacher's compliments. Those who lacked knowledge prefer the teacher handing them a solution. We believe that the longer use of this approach to teaching would show better responses for all students, although the results were satisfactory.
