Povzetek
V prvem delu članka so predstavljena dejstva, ki izzivajo učitelja k prilagajanju poučevanja novi generaciji mladih. Mladi prihajajo z drugačnimi učnimi pričakovanji, slogi in potrebami, ki se razlikujejo od prejšnjih generacij mladih. V drugem delu članka je prikazan poskus uvajanja učenja 1 na 1 na Zavodu AMS. Gre za cilj, da se prilagodijo strategije poučevanja net generacij. Prikazani so koraki za uvajanje učenja 1 na 1, ki je ena izmed možnih smeri razvoja in dela z net generacijo s poudarkom na spreminjanju dela in vloge učitelja.

Abstract
In the first part of the article, the circumstances that challenge the teacher to adjust his/her way of teaching to the new generation of youth are presented. The youth has learning expectations, styles and needs that differ from the ones that former generations of youth had. In the second part of the article, an example of introducing of one-to-one learning at the AMS Institute is described. All the activities have the goal to adjust the teaching strategies to the net generation. Steps for introducing of one-to-one learning, which is one of possible directions of development and work with the net generation, are presented with an emphasis on the changing of teacher’s work and role.
