Ko boste naslednji teden v šoli navdušeno preizkušali spletna orodja, ki jih spoznavate tukaj, se boste morda vprašali, zakaj se konference niso udeležili tudi vaši kolegi. Tudi oni bi se na predstavitvah veliko naučili.
Kako jim torej lahko približate rabo IKT? Bi jih morali prisiliti? Lahko njihovo odločitev preprosto spregledate? Kako drugače jih lahko prepričate, da bodo začeli uporabljati IKT? Predavanje bo pokazalo, da so za rabo IKT v izobraževanju potrebne tako mehke kot trde veščine.

Abstract

When you return to school next week, still a little bit excited about some new web tools that you have learned about, and when you try these tools out in your classroom, you might ask yourself why a colleague of yours decided not to attend the conference. He/she would have learned so much from the presentations.
So, how do you get your colleagues more involved in using ICT? Can you force them? Should you look the other way? Or is there another way to make them use ICT? This lecture will show that beside the hard skills, also the soft skills are necessary to proceed to the integration of ICT in education.
