Povzetek
V okviru projekta Grundtvig smo razvili kurikulum za usvajanje osnovnih kompetenc, potrebnih pri uporabi Moodle (ali katerekoli druge spletne) platforme. Kurikulum je temeljil na pristopu, ki smo ga razvili v projektu ROP za usvajanje osnovnih IKT-veščin. Prvi del projekta smo namenili razvijanju potrebnih osnovnih IKT-veščin. V drugem delu pa so udeleženci razvijali znanja in veščine, ki so jih uporabljali na platformi Moodle skupaj z  drugimi orodji in komunikacijskimi tehnologijami. Tretji del je temeljil na praktičnem pristopu kolaborativnega učenja, kjer so udeleženci skušali kar najbolje uporabiti usvojena znanja in veščine.
Pri realizaciji in načrtovanju programa je bil poseben poudarek na razvijanju kompetenc. Poleg osnovnih IKT-kompetenc so bile v program zajete še nekatere ključne kompetence, kot so funkcionalna pismenost, reševanje problemov, kritično razmišljanje, komunikacijske in organizacijske sposobnosti, skupinsko delo, kreativnost in inovativnost.
Ciljna populacija je vključevala odrasle, starejše od 50 let, in brezposelne, ki so želeli povečati svoje možnosti zaposlovanja z usvajanjem novih IKT-veščin in istočasno zvišati raven svoje računalniške pismenosti.

Abstract
As a part of the Gruntdvig project curriculum was developed for acquisition of basic competences for using Moodle (or any other internet) platform technology. The basis for it was the curriculum and the approach developed in the ROP project for acquiring basic ICT skills. The first part was focused on developing basic ICT skills needed. In the second part, students developed knowledge and skills that qualify them to use Moodle as well as some other communication and information technologies. The third part was practical application of acquired knowledge and skills to qualify participants for collaborative learning.
In the programme design and realization the special emphasis was given on the development of competences. Beside the development of ICT competence, the programme also stimulated development of other competences as literacy, problem solving, critical thinking, communication and organizational skills, team work, creativity and innovativeness.
The target population in this project was 50+ older adults and unemployed job seekers, who wanted to increase their opportunity for getting employment by acquiring new computer skills and at the same time increasing their computer literacy.
