Povzetek

Izhodiščna ideja projektnega dela je bila ugotoviti, kako odgovorno je naše vedenje v ravnanju do okolja. Učenci so se opredeljevali, kako pogosto se (zavestno) odločajo za bolj ali manj ekološko ravnanje (ugašanje luči, peš namesto z avtomobilom …). Dobljene rezultate smo grafično prikazali in se ob njih pogovarjali. V naslednjem koraku smo se odločili, da bomo v svojem domačem okolju pozorni na posledice malomarnega ravnanja. Učenci so v svoje digitalne fotoaparate zabeležili 'ekološke rane', ki so jih zaznali. Fotografije smo skupaj analizirali, iskali vzroke, storilce in možnosti za drugačno, odgovornejše ravnanje. Odločili smo se, da s fotografijami in opisi lokacij sodelujemo tudi v vseslovenski akciji Odkrijmo packo v naravi (tednik 7 dni je organiziral širšo akcijo odkrivanja in čiščenja divjih odlagališč odpadkov v Sloveniji – www.vecer.com/7d/zanaravo/). Ubesedene rešitve in zaželeno ravnanje, ki je 'prijazno okolju', so nato učenci narisali v obliki stripa. Dobljene izdelke so povezali skupaj, dodali platnice in nastala je knjižica Ekobonton.
Izkušnje na področju poučevanja z IKT so pripeljale do spoznanja, da je uporaba IKT dobro motivacijsko sredstvo. Zato smo projektno delo nadgradili še z uporabo računalniške grafike, ki nam je na šoli na voljo. Risbe (dokumente) smo nato obdelali s programom Windows Movie Maker in dobili kratke risane filme. Le-te posredujemo na ogled na spletni strani šole.

Abstract

The initial idea of the project was to determine the degree of responsibility in human behaviour towards our environment. Pupils were surveyed on how often they (consciously) choose environment-friendly actions over environment-unfriendly actions (turning off lights, walking to school rather than being driven). The results obtained were visualized to the children and a discussion was held. The next step was to instruct the children to pay strong attention to the consequences of careless behaviour in their domestic environment. Pupils were asked to take photographs of 'environmental wounds'. Photographs were presented and studied in class discussion, analysing the causes and perpetrators of the damage. We also looked for possible alternative behaviours with a lesser ecological impact. We decided to use the photographs and their textual descriptions to participate in a national environmental campaign “Discover a (black) spot in nature”. (Organized by weekly newspaper Tednik 7 dni, the campaign was intended to discover and clean up illegal waste and landfill sites) (http://www.vecer.com/7d/zanaravo7/). Environmentally friendly behaviours and the solutions found to the problems of pollution were then drawn by pupils in a comic-book style. Individual contributions were stacked and bound together, a cover was added and the resulting comic-book was named “Eco Manners”. By using ICT techniques in this project, we realised that we can use ICT as a good motivational tool. We expanded the project using computer graphics techniques available on our school computer system. Comics were processed with Windows Movie Maker software, and short cartoons were produced. These short films are now available to view and download on our school's website.
