Povzetek

V prispevku je predstavljena vzpostavitev in uporaba šolskega informacijskega sistema kot primer dobre prakse pri informatizaciji procesov v sodobni šoli. Prikazano je, kako za vodenje in organizacijo dela na šoli uporabiti šolski informacijski sistem in s tem razvijati IKT-kompetence vseh zaposlenih. Avtorica kot pomočnica ravnateljice in članica skupine za informatizacijo opisuje specifične organizacijske probleme, ki jih je skupina za informatizacijo analizirala in za katere je s pomočjo IT poiskala rešitve.

Abstract

The paper presents the establishment and use of the school information system as an example of good practice in the informatisation of processes in modern schools. The paper describes how the school's information system can be used for the guidance and organisation of work, thereby developing and improving the ICT skills of all employees. As the assistant principal and team member for informatisation, the author describes the specific organisational problems which the team has analysed, and to which has found solutions with the help of IT.
