Povzetek

Robotiko sestavljajo različna tehniška področja. Poučevanje tem s področja robotike lahko opremo na komercialne zbirke, kot sta Lego in FischerTechnik. Te zbirke praviloma ne ravno uspešno povezujejo znanja iz elektronike, strojništva in informatike. Da se izognemo tem omejitvam, lahko uporabimo vmesnik eProDas-Rob1, ki smo ga zasnovali, razvili in izdelali kot odprt sistem za krmiljenje (modelov) robotskih sistemov. Vmesnik lahko deluje v nenehni povezavi z osebnim računalnikom ali samostojno. Pri povezavi z računalnikom je izbira programskega okolja poljubna, samostojno delovanje pa je omejeno na programska orodja, ki podpirajo AVR-mikrokrmilnike.

Abstract

Robotics by definition incorporates various engineering disciplines. The teaching of introductory topics related to robotics is often based on selected commercial kits, such as Lego or FischerTechnik. Generally such kits do not successfully integrate topics from electronics, mechanical engineering, design and informatics. To avoid these limitations, we can use the eProDas-Rob1 control system that we developed and produced based on open source methods. The data acquisition and control module can operate via a “real-time” connection with the PC, or it can operate as an autonomous system. Where there is a permanent connection to a PC, the choice of programming environment is not limited. Autonomous operation is limited to programming environments that support AVR microcontrollers.
