Povzetek
V prispevku so predstavljeni novooblikovani opisni kriteriji za vrednotenje e-gradiv, ki so rezultat dela strokovne skupine na Zavodu Republike Slovenije za šolstvo. Letos so opisne kriterije pri vrednotenju e-gradiv za učenje in poučevanje prvič uporabili svetovalci. Nastala so v okviru razpisa Ministrstva za šolstvo in šport, upoštevali pa so jih lahko tudi avtorji in založniki novonastalih e-gradiv. Opisni kriteriji zajemajo tehnično-uporabniški, vsebinsko-didaktični in izkušenjski vidik. Kakovostna e-gradiva morajo smiselno in učinkovito izkoriščati čimveč tehničnih možnosti, ki jih omogoča sodobna tehnologija, kot so: interaktivnost, multimedijo in komunikacijo. Pri vsebinskem vidiku je pomembno, da je e-gradivo primerno razvojni stopnji učencev in da je strokovno neoporečno. Izkušenjski vidik pa kaže na to, ali lahko z uporabo e-gradiva dosegamo vzgojno-izobraževalne cilje ter kje se lahko e-gradivo učinkovito uporabi. Opisana sta pregled dela svetovalcev z vidika evalvacije kriterijev in vizija razvoja na področju ustvarjanja kvalitetnih e-gradiv. Novost so opisni kriteriji, enoten način njihove uporabe pri vrednotenju in prehojena pot, ki vodi do boljših rezultatov pri nastajanju kakovostnejših e-gradiv.
Abstract
The paper presents newly created descriptive criteria prepared by a group of experts at the National Education Institute of Slovenia (NEIS). This year the criteria were implemented for the first time by our consultants. Consultants used the criteria to evaluate both the process of preparing e-materials, and the e-materials themselves. These descriptive criteria were also presented to authors and publishers of electronic materials. Descriptive criteria consist of technical-user, content-didactic aspects and user aspects. High quality e-material should make rational and effective use of as many modern technological options as possible, for instance: interactivity, multimedia and communication technology. In relation to the content, it is important for e-materials to be appropriate for the pupils´ developmental stage, and to be professionally sound. The user aspect considers whether implementing e-materials achieves educational goals and standards, and where e-materials can be effectively utilised. An overview of the consultants' work in assessing e-criteria and a plan for further development in the creation of quality e-materials are also provided. Innovations are e-criteria, a unified method for implementing them in evaluation, and description of results in creating more quality e-materials. |
