Povzetek
Prispevek predstavlja glavne elemente inovativnosti v izobraževanju, v kolikšni meri vplivajo na večjo inovativnosti v procesu poučevanja in učenja ter kako se odražajo v praksi. Kot primer navaja izkušnje iz projekta »Mesec širjenja uporabe e-gradiv«. Osvetljuje pomen tovrstnega načina ocenjevanja e-gradiv in povzema mnenja učencev in dijakov ob zaključku projekta. V prispevku je zastavljeno vprašanje, kateri so resnični pogoji za inovativnost učiteljev in kdaj se lahko le-ti uresničijo. Za popestritev ponazarja nekatere praktične primere inovativnosti. Zaključuje se s spodbudnimi mislimi ob rob dosedanjih dobrih in manj dobrih izkušenj.
Abstract
In the introduction the contribution presents main elements that stimulate innovation in education, to what extent they influence innovation in teaching and learning and how they are reflected in practice. The experience from a recent project called »The month of the use of e-materials« is given as an example. It exposes the importance of evaluating and assessing such e-materials and summarizes the students' opinions expressed at the end of the project. We also try to find the answer to the question, what context stimulates teachers' innovation and when it can be realized in practice. Examples of practical innovative teaching are given. At the end some positive thoughts are expressed about good and less good experience. |
