Povzetek

Učenci 4. razreda so »klasično« že opismenjeni, zato je primeren čas, da začnejo tudi z digitalnim opismenjevanjem. Devetletniki že razumejo, da je računalnik mnogo več kot le igrača. Učenje s pomočjo računalnika je zanimivejše, ustrezno izbrane dejavnosti in naloge pa pomembno prispevajo h kvaliteti znanja.
Spletna učilnica je sodoben učni pripomoček, ki učinkovito izkorišča interes učencev za sodobno komunikacijsko tehnologijo in jih za njeno rabo tudi usposablja. V svojem prispevku predstavljam, kako in zakaj uporabljam spletno učilnico.

Abstract

Year 4 pupils in primary school are already literate in the primary sense of the word, making it a suitable time for them to start becoming digitally literate as well. Nine-year-olds are already aware of the fact that a computer is much more than a mere toy. Learning with the help of a computer is more interesting for them, and suitable tasks and activities have an important role in enhancing the quality of the knowledge gained.
The e-classroom is a modern learning tool that makes good use of pupils’ interest in modern communication technology and also trains them to use it well. This paper describes how and why I use e-classroom in my lessons.
