IMPLEMENTING E-LEARNING AT THE FACULTY OF LOGISTICS

Povzetek
V članku je predstavljeno načrtovanje in vpeljava e-študija na Fakulteti za logistiko (v nadaljevanju FL).

Osnovni cilj uvedbe e-študija na FL je modernizacija pedagoškega procesa v skladu s trendi, ki v tem času vladajo v svetu. E-študij na FL bo omogočal individualni pristop posameznega študenta k študiju in s tem večjo motivacijo za uspešno delo, ki zagotavlja večjo prehodnost v višje letnike. Na ta način se bo dolgoročno povečala kakovost in atraktivnost študija logistike na FL. Uvedba e-študija bo omogočila racionalizacijo izvedbe predavanj in s tem tudi izvajanje pedagoškega procesa na obeh lokacijah fakultete, tako v Celju kot v Krškem, na enakovreden način.

Abstract
This article presents the planning and implementation process of e-learning at the Faculty of Logistics (hereinafter FL).

The modernisation of pedagogical processes along with the current worldwide trends is one of the fundamental reasons for the introduction of e-learning at the Faculty of Logistics. E-learning enables students to approach their studies individually. Furthermore, it enhances their motivation for successful completion of their coursework, and hence increases the overall pass rate. This way, in the long run, the quality and attractiveness of studying logistics at FL improves. Moreover, e-learning enables an equally rational implementation of courses and thus pedagogical process at both locations, in Celje and Krško.
