CONCEPT OF E-LEARNING AND EDUCATION

Povzetek
Današnje izobraževalne organizacije morajo v vzgojno-izobraževalni proces vključevati sodobno informacijsko-komunikacijsko tehnologijo (IKT), če želijo ostati konkurenčne na trgu. S pomočjo te tehnologije lahko posamezna šola dvigne kakovost svoje ponudbe na trgu izobraževanja.

Eden izmed načinov vključevanja IKT v šole in s tem posledično v izobraževanje so tudi e-gradiva v LMS/CMS okoljih. Kakovostna e-gradiva morajo imeti določene lastnosti in morajo zadovoljevati določenim kriterijem. To lahko dosežemo z izdelanim konceptom priprave, izdelave in uporabe e-gradiv. Izdelani koncept priprave, izdelave in uporabe e-gradiv vključuje faze od zasnove do uporabe e-gradiva.

V fazi zasnove so opredeljene splošne lastnosti in razdelitev e-gradiva. V fazi priprave in izdelave e-gradiva se e-gradiva izdelajo in preverijo s strani recenzentov, lektorja in urednikov. Zadnja faza predstavlja distribucijo, kjer imamo razvit lasten sistem distribucije, ter uporabo e-gradiva, kar predstavlja izobraževanje učiteljev in uporabnikov.

Abstract
Nowadays educational organizations have to implement up-to-date information and communications technology (ICT) into the educational process, if they wish to be able to compete on the market. Through this technology a school can raise the level of quality on the educational market.

One of the methods of ICT implementation into education is producing quality e-learning material in LMS/CMS environments. Quality e-learning materials have to comply with certain characteristics and satisfy different criteria. It can be achieved with a concept of definition, development and application of e-learning materials. The concept includes phases from planning to usage of the materials.

The first phase defines the general properties. In the second phase the e-learning materials are developed and examined by the reviewer, the lector and the editor. The last phase represents the distribution, where our own system and the use are applied into the education of teachers and users.
