BILDUNGSPOOL AUSTRIA

AN INNOVATIVE CONTENT-CLUSTER FOR EDUCATION, ARTS AND CULTURE

Robert Kristöfl, Austrian Federal Ministry of education, arts and culture

Predstavitev

Uspešna raba novih medijev in spletno osnovane tehnologije v izobraževanju zahtevajo ustrezno podporo in učinkovito e-izobraževalno zgradbo.

Avstrijski eLearning Portal ‘bildung.at' je bil oblikovan kot platforma za IT iniciative in IT projekte, ki se ukvarjajo z novimi možnostmi učenja in poučevanja. Ena izmed najpomembnejših tem portala je ponuditi komercialne in prosto dostopne e-izobraževalne vsebine. Individualiziran in varen dostop do vsebin bo omogočen s pomočjo čipne kartice z elektronskim podpisom. Z avstrijskim Bildungspool, zasnovanem na standariziranem odprtokodnem Metadata repositoriju se načrtuje “one-stop shop” do vseh dostopnih nacionalnih in širših evropskih elektronskih sredstev in gradiv.

Ključne besede

Abstract
eFit Austria , the Austrian eLearning- and eGovernment-Initiative of the Federal Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture encourages and establishes numerous initiatives and projects dealing with future-oriented topics in education, art and culture. The successful use of new media and web-based technologies in education requires adequate support conditions and an efficient e-learning framework.

The Austrian eLearning Portal bildung.at has been designed as a platform for IT-Initiatives and IT-Projects dealing with the new possibilities of teaching and learning. One of the most important topic of the portal design is to offer commercial and freely accessible e-learning contents. The personalised and secure access to this content will be realized via chipcards with an electronic signature. With the Austrian Bildungspool based on a standardized and open source Metadata repository is planned an “one-stop shop” to all available national and European-wide electronic learning assets and resources.
