VIRTUALNA PREDAVALNICA V PRAVNEM IZOBRAŽEVANJU

Povzetek
V prispevku je predstavljen projekt Virtualne predavalnice (VIP) na Pravni fakulteti Univerze v Mariboru kot oblika kombiniranega študija v virtualnem okolju in v predavalnici, kjer so že z drugo generacijo študentov uspešno izvedli predmet Pravna informatika. Uvodoma so predstavljene raziskave s področja uporabe interneta med mladimi, opredeljen pojem e-izobraževanja, možnosti uporabe LMS in omenjene nekatere pravne fakultete, ki nudijo e-izobraževanje. Predstavljen je predmet Pravna informatika, ki nudi bodočim pravnikom tiste veščine dela z IT, ki jo bodo v poklicu redno uporabljali, ter odstira tista vprašanja, ki se zastavljajo ob pravnih vprašanjih ob uporabi IT v informacijski družbi. V nadaljevanju je podrobno predstavljena VIP ter potek dela in oblike komuniciranja s študenti preko forumov v elektronski obliki, kakor tudi potek dela v živo na predavanjih oziroma vajah. Še posebej je poudarjena vloga VIP pri ustvarjanju virtualne skupnosti in kreiranju baze znanja med študenti, ki je nastajala s pomočjo posebnega nagrajevanja oziroma preverjanja znanja. Omenjena je tudi tekmovalnost med študenti, zaradi katere avtor domneva, da je vodila k višji ravni znanja. V zaključku so predstavljena mnenja študentov, ki so bili z izvedbo predmeta Pravna informatika nadvse zadovoljni, in nekatere ideje za razširitev uporabe VIP pri drugih predmetih v pravnem izobraževanju na Pravni fakulteti Univerze v Mariboru.

Abstract
The article presents the VIP project on faculty of law of university of Maribor as a form of combined (blended) study in a virtual environment and in a lecture room, which has been successfully carried out in the subject IT law. Initially, studies regarding the use of internet among youth are presented; term e-education is defined. Presented are the possibilities of the use of LMS at some law faculties, which offer e-learning. The subject IT law is introduced, that offers future lawyers the skills of working with IT. They will regularly use it in their practice, and questions regarding legal matters on using IT in information society are uncovered. Furthermore, VIP and the course of work and forms of communication with students on forums in electronic forms, as well as the course of work in person on lectures, are more thoroughly presented. The role of VIP is especially pointed out in creating a virtual community and a base of knowledge among students, which was constructed with the help of special awarding and knowledge examination, respectively. Competitiveness among students is also mentioned, for which the author assumes that has lead to a higher level of knowledge. In conclusion, opinions of the students are mentioned, who have been extremely satisfied with the realization of the subject IT law, and some ideas for expanding the use of VIP in other subjects in the legal education on Law faculty of University of Maribor , are presented.
