Predstavitev

Povzetek
S komunikacijsko vlogo šolske spletne strani, ki tako postane tudi učno središče, želimo vzpostaviti nov odnos do šolskega dela oz. učenja nasploh. Sodoben pouk zahteva tudi uporabo IKT in šolska spletna stran ponuja možnosti takšne uporabe. Učence z različnimi nalogami, informacijami, odprtimi vprašanji, ki jih za spletno stran pripravi učitelj, vabi k raziskovanju in reševanju. Na drugi strani lahko učenec učitelju postavlja vprašanja, izpostavlja dileme, ki jih nato skupaj rešujeta. Torej se tudi med njima razvija drugačen odnos, v katerem sta oba aktivna.

Projekt preučevanja sedmih elementov okolja (voda, hrup, tla – prst, zrak, odpadki, biotska pestrost, raba prostora) je po programu Lokalne agende 21 Mestne občine Celje (MOC) pilotski projekt uvajanja metodologije preučevanja elementov okolja z IKT-nadgradnjo za 9. razred OŠ.

Cilj projekta je interdisciplinarni pristop, medpredmetna povezava in razvoj metodologije, ki bo v pouk vključevala IKT, hkrati pa bo v okviru pouka geografije letos raziskala prvi element okolja – kvaliteto voda v domači okolici. Učitelji izvajamo pouk v sodelovanju z zunanjimi sodelavci.

S pomočjo IKT smo predstavili rezultate »hitrih testov«, jih uporabili za analize, primerjali z dopustnimi vrednostmi ter jih objavili na šolski spletni strani. Rezultate smo nadgradili z ugotavljanjem povezav med onesnaženostjo vodnega vira in tamkajšnjim stanjem ohranjenosti narave (spletno orodje Naravovarstveni atlas in program Arc Explorer).

Izvajalci projekta se spopadamo s fazo priprave in letos tudi že z realizacijo projekta. Pri tem izvajamo pristop problemskega poučevanja z uporabo GIS-tehnologije.

Abstract
With school's web site and its communication role, making it a learning centre, we wish to establish a new approach towards school work and learning in general. Modern teaching also requires the use of ICT and the school's web site offers an opportunity for such a use. Pupils are invited to research and solve various questions and tasks given by their teacher on school's web site. On the other hand each pupil is allowed to ask the teacher questions and expose dilemmas, which pupil and teacher than solve together. In this manner a new relationship is developed between them making them both active.

The research project of the seven environmental elements (noise, soil, air, surface and drinking water, waist, biodiversity, use of space) following the programme Local agenda 21 for the local municipality Celje is a pilot project, which introduces methodology of researching elements of environment with ICT follow up for the 9 th grade of elementary school.

The project aim is an interdisciplinary approach, intersubject connection and development of methodology that includes ICT and, at the same time in the frame of Geography learning, researching water quality in the home environment. The goal of the project is also group work between school teachers and external associates.

The results of "quick test" research, which have been presented with the help of ICT, have been analysed, compared with the admissible values and published on the school's web site.

Results have also been upgraded with connection between water source pollution and nature prevention condition (web tool “Naravovarstveni atlas” and software Arc Explorer).

We, the project researchers, currently face up the phase of preparation and the phase of realization. The realisation includes problem oriented concept of the learning process and the effective use of GIS technology.
