Povzetek
Z informatizacijo se v šolstvu na vseh področjih srečujemo vse pogosteje in zato sem s programom za vodenje evidence ocen, izostankov in ostalih dejavnosti združil najpomembnejše evidence, ki jih mora voditi razrednik za svoj razred. Opisal sem tudi uporabo programa in možnosti, ki jih le-ta ponuja. Poleg evidence nas program tudi opozarja na izrekanje vzgojnih ukrepov, povabilo staršev v šolo v primeru slabih ocen dijakov in predlaga uspeh dijaka. Obenem služi evidenca kot varnostna kopija redovalnice in nekaj delov dnevnika.
Velika prednost uporabe je tudi v tem, da lahko informacije posredujemo staršem in dijakom že, če imamo računalnik in USB-priključek. Uporaba programa ni zahtevna, saj zanj ni potrebno posebno predznanje. V tem referatu bomo prikazali primer uporabe z vsemi možnimi funkcijami in opozorili.

Abstract
Since ICT involvement in education system it has become something we deal with basically every day, I have decided to create a computer programme covering the most important statistics that every class teacher needs to produce for his class. In my programme I have included the statistics for grading, absence and other activities. I present the application of the programme and the possibilities it offers. Besides recording the grades and students' absence, the programme reminds us of the need to point out ot a student the so called “blame” or “educational measure”, to call their parents and ask them to come to school to discuss the problems, such as, for instance, bad grades. Finally, the program suggests the student's final mark. At the same time the statistics serves as a safety copy of the “grade book” and the so called “diary” – a school document containing daily lesson plans, students' absence, and test records.
A major advantage of its use is you can also convey information to parents and students simply by having a computer and a USB device. The use of the programme is not demanding as we need no special knowledge. The following paper shows an example of the use of the programme with all its functions and warnings.
