Predstavitev

Povzetek
V prispevku bo opisan celovit podporni avtomatiziran sistem projektov E-um za pripravo, spremljavo, recenziranje in objavo E-um gradiv. Poseben poudarek bo namenjen skrbniškemu logističnemu sistemu za spremljanje in recenziranje e-gradiv. Opisani bodo priprava, strukturiranost, delovanje in funkcionalnost administrativnega portala, ki je namenjen avtorjem, recenzentom, urednikom in skrbnikom celotnega sistema. Zasnova portala temelji na:

  • ustreznem upravljanju s podatki,
  • algoritmu avtomatizirane spremljave recenzij ter
  • nadzoru in statistiki vseh dejavnosti na portalu.

Opisali bomo prednosti avtomatiziranega sistema za pripravo, spremljavo in objavo e-gradiv z vidika zagotavljanja kakovosti in učinkovitosti priprave le-teh.

Abstract
The article describes fully automated support system of E-um projects for composition, accompaniment, review and publication of E-um material. It focuses on administrative logistics system for accompaniment and review of e-learning material. It describes the composition, structure, actions and functionalities of the administrative portal, which serves to authors, reviewers, editors and administrators of the overall system. The design of portal is based on:

  • appropriate data manipulation,
  • algorithm for automated review system
  • and the control and statistics of activity on the portal.

Furthermore, the benefits of such automated system for composition, accompaniment and publication of e-learning material will be presented in regards to quality and effectiveness of its creation.
