Povzetek
V prispevku so opisani učinki in pregled dela razvojnih skupin Zavoda RS za šolstvo (Informatizacija slovenskega šolstva) za didaktično uporabo informacijsko- komunikacijske tehnologije (IKT) v 1. triletju osnovne šole v Sloveniji od leta 1997 do 2007. V tem obdobju so se zaporedno izvajali štirje seminarji za učitelje razrednega pouka prvega triletja osnovne šole, ki so se vsebinsko in ciljno nadgrajevali. Vzporedno z izvajanjem seminarjev so člani razvojnih skupin preizkušali novo programsko opremo in razvijali specialno didaktiko uporabe računalnika po predmetnih področjih. Tako so nastali priročniki za učitelje in nova programska oprema. Rezultate smo vsakoletno predstavljali na mednarodnih konferencah, kot je bil MIRK in Informacijska družba. V teh letih je z nami sodelovalo 81 multiplikatorjev, ki so izvedli 194 seminarjev, v katerih se je izobraževalo 2597 učiteljev razrednega pouka prvega triletja osnovne šole. Učinki izobraževanja so razvidni v raziskavi prof. Gerliča iz leta 2005 Stanje in trendi uporabe informacijsko-komunikacijske tehnologije v slovenskih osnovnih šolah, ki je pokazala visoko stopnjo uporabe računalnika pri pouku v prvih treh razredih osnovne šole. Z gotovostjo lahko zapišemo, da so z dobro načrtovanim delom učitelji in učenci presegli uporabo računalnika, ki temelji na popestritvi učne ure in igranju igric, ki imajo z učenjem le malo skupnega. Računalnik je postal učno orodje v rokah učencev na poti do znanja. Vizija našega dela v razvojnih skupinah je usmerjena v oblikovanje sodobnih seminarjev, kjer si bodo učitelji v okolju, kjer delajo, razvijali veščine, pridobivali znanja in oblikovali stališča. Delo na seminarjih bo usmerjeno v razvijanje digitalnih zmožnosti, kjer bodo učitelji samostojno izbirali, vrednotili in uporabljali strojno in programsko opremo za učinkovito razvijanje učenčevih digitalnih kompetenc.

Abstract
The article describes the effects and an overview of developmental groups of the National Educational Institute of Slovenia for didactic use of ICT in the first triad of elementary school from 1997 to 2007. During that period, four seminars for primary school teachers have been held. Alongside with the seminars, the members of the developmental group have been testing new software and developing special didactics of computer use in specific subjects, and handbooks have been produced for teachers and the use of new software. The results have been presented yearly on international conferences, such as MIRK and Information Society (Informacijska družba). In that period, 81 multiplicators have implemented 194 seminars in which 2597 primary level teachers have been trained, and cooperated with us. The effects of this education are evident in the research State and Trends of ICT Use in Slovene Schools (2005) by professor. Gerlič. It showed a high degree of computer use in classroom in the first triad of elementary school. We can say with certainty that with well planned work, the teachers and students have exceeded the use of computer for merely variegation of a lesson or for playing computer games that have little to do with learning. The computer has become a learning tool for students on their path to knowledge. The vision of our work in developmental groups is directed into designing modern seminars, where the teachers of a particular school could develop skills, acquire knowledge and form standpoints all in their working environment. The work in the seminars will be directed into developing digital abilities, where the teachers could choose, evaluate and use hardware and software for effective development of student's digital competences.
