PRIMER MEDPREDMETNEGA POVEZOVANJA IZBIRNIH PREDMETOV ŠOLSKO NOVINARSTVO IN SODOBNA PRIPRAVA HRANE Z UPORABO IKT

INTERSUBJECT CONNECTION CASE FOR SELECTIVE SUBJECTS OF SCHOOL JOURNALISM AND MODERN CUISINE USING ICT

Povzetek
V zadnjih desetletjih smo priča bliskovitemu razvoju informacijsko-komunikacijske tehnologije. Da bi nam lahko bila v pomoč, se jo moramo naučiti uporabljati in kot učitelji poskrbeti, da jo bodo znali uporabljati tudi naši učenci. V prispevku sva avtorici predstavili primer uspešnega medpredmetnega povezovanja naravoslovnega (Sodobna priprava hrane) in družboslovnega (Šolsko novinarstvo) izbirnega predmeta v zadnji triadi osnovne šole z uporabo IKT. Učenci Šolskega novinarstva so za pripravo kratkih video poročil potrebovali gradivo o dogajanju na šoli, ki so ga dobili pri pouku Sodobne priprave hrane. Najprej so se seznanili z uporabo programa Movie Maker, nato pa so obiskali učence med poukom Sodobne priprave hrane, ko so pekli palačinke. Pri zbiranju in kasneje pri urejanju gradiva so uporabljali sodobno tehnologijo (video kamero, fotoaparat, diktafon, računalnik in LCD-projektor). V fazi zbiranja gradiva so se učenci Sodobne priprave hrane prav tako seznanjali z uporabo IKT, predvsem pa so urili spretnosti nastopanja pred kamero. Ob koncu medpredmetnega sodelovanja so učenci Šolskega novinarstva pripravili projekcijo svojih novinarskih prispevkov, sodelovanje pa se je zaključilo s skupnim piknikom na šolskem igrišču.

Avtorici ugotavljava, da medpredmetno povezovanje od učiteljev zahteva skrbnejšo pripravo in več časa, vendar je zanimivejše in bolj razgibano, učenci so bolj motivirani za delo. Tak način dela jim je všeč in si ga želijo še več, zato se bova take oblike dela posluževali tudi v prihodnje.

Abstract
In the last few decades we are witnesses of rapid development of information-communication technology. For this technology to be helpful we have to learn using it and as teachers make sure that our pupils know to use it as well. In this text we have introduced a successful intersubject connection case of Nature Science selective subject (Modern Cuisine) and Social Science selective subject (School Journalism) in the last three-year period using ICT. Pupils included in School Journalism needed material on school activities for making short video-messages which they obtained during Modern Cuisine classes. First they acquire some knowledge in using Movie Maker then they visit pupils having Modern Cuisine workshop while they are making pancakes. In collecting and editing material they use modern technology (video camera, camera, dictaphone, computer and LCD projector). In collecting phase pupils of Modern Cuisine classes also acquire knowledge of using ICT, but mostly they practise skills of performing in front of the video camera. At the end of intersubject cooperation pupils of School Journalism prepare a projection of their journalistic achievements and cooperation finalized with common picnic on the school playground.

Authors conclude that intersubject connection demands more thorough preparation and more time as far as teachers are concerned, thereby it is more interesting and diverse and pupils are more motivated for their work. This way of dealing with school matters is preferable and they want it more, therefore we are also planning to work this way in the future.
