In Slovenia, a country of only two million people, Arnes managed to get over 3,000 people to take part in the country’s first massive open online course on how to use the internet and devices safely. Sixty-five per cent of those who took part passed the MOOC-V successfully, thereby acquiring digital skills relating to internet safety and the safe use of associated technologies. This included a large number of education workers and students studying education; they are now in the process of passing on their newly-acquired knowledge to younger generations.
