Then it went into another Chinese holding firm that eventually came to be called Fukong Interactive Entertainment.Last summertime, rumors surfaced that Fukong was hoping to market Jagex in order to repay its debts. A report surfaced that the company was sold to an American company named US Platinum, which was a completely unknown entity in the time.
Though Jagex was initially being cagey about its financial future, we now have official confirmation that Fukong has indeed sold Jagex into US Platinum Fortune for the purchase price of $530 million USD.The news comes via Reddit user Jin001,
